TERMS OF PURCHASE

PAYMENT TERMS RETAIL ORDERS

Payment must be made at the time of submitting the purchase order. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Afterpay or PayPal only. You warrant that you are an authorised user of the credit card, Afterpay account or PayPal account used to complete payment.

Layby - Terms are strictly 12 weeks. A 10% deposit of the total of the order is required on each layby. Regular fortnightly payments must be made. 

Cancellation - Failure to make payments when they are due or collect laybys by the due date will be treated as cancellation of the layby by the customer. In these instances, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the monies paid. 

Exclusions - Layby is not available on clearance and promotional sale items.

 

PAYMENT TERMS WHOLESALE ORDERS

All orders - A pro-forma invoice will be issued for payment. Full payment must be received within 7 days from date of order placed, goods will not be dispatched until paid in full.

Cancellation - If payment has not been received after this time goods will be returned to stock. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check your order/invoice for any discrepancies ie. product code, style or description, size and delivery address. Payment can be made via EFT, Visa or Mastercard. A 1.5% credit card surcharge will be applied to your invoice.

Account customers terms are strictly 30 days from date of delivery. Should the account exceed our terms a late fee of 5% will apply and a risk of cancellation of the account facility? (Please refer to trading term agreement)

OUR PRODUCTS

Most of our recycled timber products are made from old houses and building materials. Due to the nature of recycled timber the products will come with natural imperfections. It is this type of timber that gives this furniture a unique and individual charm. Our pine and elm products are sourced from different climatic regions and as Australia is a very dry country sometimes cracks or splits may occur – the timber could expand and contract, this is a natural occurrence and not considered a fault. Colours will vary from piece to piece or batch to batch as no two pieces will ever be the same.

Marble is a natural stone that has been used since ancient times and it's beauty, uniqueness and imperfections are what make marble such a sought after product in today’s designer market. Colours will vary from piece to piece or batch to batch as no two pieces will ever be the same.


VARIATION TO STOCK
All our products are quality checked, variation to stock occurs due to the character of the product (recycled or handmade) or from batch to batch. Some of our products are hand made by artisans so the unique variation in design, pattern and colours are characteristics of the product which enhance its beauty and do not consider as defective. Bisque will not replace, credit or refund in such cases, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify us if this is vital to their project.


STYLE VS ENVIRONMENT
Please choose carefully when considering certain items, style vs environment is very important, consider the product and the material they are made from whether it will be suitable We will not refund, credit or exchange if it obvious that these items are not suitable in this situation. If not sure contact us or our office or nearest agent to you.


SHOWROOM SAMPLES
May vary to those in stock at the time. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify us if this is vital to their project. Samples sold from the showroom are subject to payment before collection (as per our terms of payment), freight on these items will be charged accordingly.


ITEMS NOT IN STOCK
Will be placed on back order. A deposit of at least 30% will be requested by Bisque on back orders placed

ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL ON BACK ORDERS
Unfortunately, this is not always under our control, we try to estimate initially time of arrival bus this should be not take as definite, we ask our customers to please maintain contact with us for all future update as this may substantially vary.


CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS Will incur 1.5% surcharge. Customer that wish to avoid these costs can deposit the funds electronically to the bank account details on the invoice.
