Kathy has been involved with many classic Beach House projects in the region, and this is the most popular work that she does. Often people from the cities buy second homes in our region, and contact Bisque to help them with their projects.

The home featured here, Kathy did for developer, Darrel Grundy, called Sirens. The brief was for it to be kept super simple, liveable, with hard wearing furniture and durable sofas, perfect for a fuss free, relaxed holiday.

It is a beautiful property in Wategos, our most sought after suburb in the region. Set underneath the famous lighthouse, and just a couple of meters from the luxe Raes at Wategos boutique hotel, and of course, the beach. This property was set up as an Airbnb until Darrel sold it, fully furnished as soon as it hit the market, for an unprecedented price.
