This magnificent mansion was built in 1906. The brief that Brisbane owner Mitch gave Kathy was to marry the Bisque/Byron look with the classic federation style home. This house was a massive undertaking, and every single one of the 8 bedrooms and 3 living areas was redone. Luckily the budget was open and Kathy was able to go in with zero restrictions to transform this home, giving it a fresh, modern twist, whilst keeping its authenticity. She wanted it to have a very relaxed feeling. On completion of the project at the end of 2021, the home was taken on by the prestigious SPICERS group, and is being run as a small luxury hotel.
