SHIPPING RATES The checkout will calculate a freight price based on the items ordered and in most instances it will be correct but for some deliveries the cost of shipping will be higher than that quoted. For these shipments we reserve the right to ask for additional freight to be paid prior to delivery.
TAS, NT, WA & Remote Areas
If you're in TAS, NT, WA, or remote regions (e.g. Far North QLD or outback Eastern states), please select “Collect at Warehouse” at checkout. We’ll contact you with a subsidised freight quote.
Heavy or Fragile Items
For items needing special handling (e.g. tailgate lift), select “Pick Up at Warehouse” and include your full delivery address and access details in the notes.

Freight Charge Stipulation
Estimated Charges: The initial freight charge is an estimate based on current rates from freight companies.
Re-invoicing: The final freight charge may be different. If it exceeds the estimate, we will issue a re-invoice for the actual cost.
Notification: You will be informed of any changes to the freight charge.
Payment: The buyer agrees to pay the revised freight charge within 7 days of receiving the re-invoice.
Acceptance: By placing the order, the buyer accepts these terms regarding potential changes to freight charges.
DELIVERY LEAD TIMES Dispatch from Bisque warehouse is estimated within 21 days from payment, this may vary in peak times. For most of our deliveries we use Regional Road Express and Fastway who deliver anywhere within Australia. Your location, product/order size will determine how soon you will receive your order.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse estimated delivery time and should only be used a guide line. Bisque will not be liable for any late deliveries.
If you are not ready to receive your order we can store your goods for a maximum of 8 weeks (or at warehouse manager's discretion). Full payment would be required.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER When your order is dispatched, our carrier will contact you by email with relevant tracking information, so you can keep an eye on your delivery. For larger orders consisting of bulky or fragile items you may choose to use a removalist if, so you will also receive a call from our removalist to confirm a suitable time for delivery.
DELIVERY POLICY Deliveries are to your front door only or for items on a pallet curb side delivery. For bulky or fragile goods, we believe your purchase deserves a special degree of handling and care. To ensure this we use professional removalist who call to confirm a time for delivery and take extra care throughout the entire process. Please let us know if you would like this service and we can provide you a cost. Please note this service does not include unpacking or rubbish removal. If delivery situation changes after dispatch such as re-delivery, re-direction, extra assistance additional costs will incur. These costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and payable to Bisque before the delivery is finalised.
PICKING UP YOUR ORDER Your order can be collected from our Coffs Harbour warehouse, by your freight carrier as part of our terms of purchase as you will be using your own provider we will not cover your product for damages, theft or loss once it has left our warehouse. For those customers wishing to collect their order from our warehouse a surcharge of $25 will apply. It is necessary to book in advance. Pick up times are only between 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday. Warranty will not be given for any damages, loss, fire or theft that may occur after leaving our warehouse this is the responsibility of the purchaser and their freight provider at the time.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY All shipments contain valuable goods. Because of this, our carriers are contracted to produce a Proof of Delivery. If you are comfortable with having your order left without the carrier obtaining a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions box when placing your order online. We are unable to accept any responsibility for your order once delivered if you select this option.
IF YOU ARE NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY If you are not home when delivery is due your goods will be taken back to the freight depot and a calling card will be left. A re delivery fee will apply and must be paid prior to re delivery.
IF YOU WILL NOT BE HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY If you are comfortable with having your order left without the carrier obtaining a signature, please indicate this in the special institutions box when placing your order online. Should you choose this option, please note that we take no responsibility for orders left unattended.
CANCELLED ORDERS Please note that if you have placed an order and paid for shipping, we are not responsible for covering the cost of shipping for any orders that are subsequently canceled. As such, the shipping cost will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation. We appreciate your understanding.
